Emotional Freedom Techniques, and PEP

Dr. Roger Callaghan's exciting Thought Field Technology, modified by 

Dr. Gary Craig became the very helpful and easy to use Emotional Freedom Technique.  EFT works with the body's same electrical meridian system used by acupuncture therapists. With EFT no needles are used in the self-administered treatment. After setting up the  mind and body to cope with a problem that  is currently giving you anxiety, fear, anger,  or other distress, you just follow a simple  routine of tapping on your face and body.  It's easy to do, but very effective.  

Peter uses PEP, a simplified method, with people coping with craving cigarettes or candy. He has helped many people gain emotional freedom from a  variety of problems: dealing with a bad boss, being unable to control anger with a teenager having a deep fear of heights, snakes, and spiders, dealing with grief, and being unable to  stop over-eating and lose weight. 

Peter uses house parties to teach PEP  and hold 

relaxing hypnosis sessions.
